D3M's past programs of support involved program management, training, fielding, on site engineering solutions and sustainment with logistical support. D3M demonstrated the ability to support various unforeseen requirements and challenges throughout contract phases.

D3M, LLC has a proven management structure that ensures a swift and methodical approach to planning, assigning, and monitoring tasks from start-up to completion. Our managers emphasize product management techniques to develop program structure and work load breakdown to ensure all tasks are identified, staffed, and resourced.

1. Experience - D3M has supported integration and fielding of newly born systems, management, training, sustainment and logistical support to the war fighter in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our OCONUS Management Team continuously worked in unison with Program Management Office personnel and all major Task Force commands to ensure fluid operational rhythm. D3M personnel managed multiple sites within Iraq/Afghanistan and worked "one-on-one" with Military Leadership to ensure mission completion.


2. Clearances - D3M Corporate is a cleared Secret Facility that maintains, monitors and holds all personnel security clearances at a Secret level. D3M uses the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to facilitate management of clearances and submit timely investigations for continued access. Operational Security (OPSEC) is highly emphasized to ensure and promote the prevention of classified information being disclosed in and around unauthorized locations.


3. Stable workforce, low turnover – D3M maintains the ability to recruit/retain personnel for future contract requirements. D3M ensures that sufficient personnel are obtained to perform in a specific category and are available for transition periods and new tasking assignments as required.


4. Transition – D3M has successfully transitioned projects and contracts from other service providers without degrading delivery schedules or overrunning costs.
